  四、加快發展現代產業體系,推動經濟體系優化升級

  60.健全(quan)(quan)規(gui)(gui)劃制(zhi)定和(he)(he)落實機(ji)制(zhi)。按照本次全(quan)(quan)會精神,制(zhi)定國(guo)家和(he)(he)地(di)方“十四(si)五”規(gui)(gui)劃綱要和(he)(he)專(zhuan)項(xiang)規(gui)(gui)劃,形成定位準(zhun)確、邊界清晰、功能互補、統一銜接(jie)的(de)國(guo)家規(gui)(gui)劃體系(xi)。健全(quan)(quan)政策協(xie)(xie)調和(he)(he)工作協(xie)(xie)同機(ji)制(zhi),完善規(gui)(gui)劃實施(shi)監測評(ping)估機(ji)制(zhi),確保黨(dang)中(zhong)央關于“十四(si)五”發展(zhan)的(de)決策部署落到實處。
